We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every customer’s personal expectations. Your rights under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law remain unaffected.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and Services to you.

Your purchases are made from Whiskway Matcha, not directly from Shopify. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from us or for disputes between you and Whiskway Matcha.
